Joel moved Lakewood Church into its new 16,000-seat home - the former Compaq Center. It is the largest regularly-used worship center in the United States. Each week Joel delivers God's message of hope and encouragement to more than 38,000 attendees.

Victoria Osteen serves as the co-pastor of Lakewood Church. She is a passionate and active leader and an integral part of each worship service at Lakewood. As a wife and working mother of two young children, Victoria understands the pressures that women face in today’s society. Victoria believes that inside every woman lies a person of strength and beauty with unique gifts and talents placed there by God to make a significant impact on their families and their community. This philosophy, combined with her strong desire to meet the needs of women regardless of their age and background, led her to found the Women’s Ministry at Lakewood Church. Under her leadership, The Women’s Ministry strengthens and improves the lives of married, single, and professional women by inspiring them to discover their gifts and develop them to their fullest potential.

Paul Osteen, M.D.
After 17 years as a successful surgeon, Paul felt God’s call to move to Houston and help at Lakewood Church in whatever capacity he was needed. Over the last several years he has provided oversight to all pastoral ministries at Lakewood and is one of the teaching pastors. Paul has always had a heart for missions and recently followed God’s call to the mission field where he is able to enjoy two of his greatest passions: ministry and medicine. Each year he spends several months in Africa caring for patients, performing surgeries and visiting and ministering at local orphanages with his wife Jennifer and their children.

Dodie Osteen's genuine warmth and compassion is one reason why people feel so loved and accepted when they enter the doors of Lakewood Church.
Dodie Osteen ministered side-by-side with her husband, the late John Osteen, since the humble beginnings of Lakewood Church in 1959. Her hands-on experience in worldwide outreach over the years has given her a special place in the hearts of the Lakewood congregation.
After a dramatic and miraculous healing from terminal cancer in 1981, God called Dodie Osteen into a special ministry of prayer. Through that ministry of compassion, she has touched the lives of millions of people both in Houston and throughout the world on television. Lisa Comes is an Associate Pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston, TX, under the leadership of her brother, Pastor Joel Osteen. Born with a crippling birth defect that doctors said might keep her from walking, Lisa was miraculously healed as a child. In 1990, God spared her life when a pipe bomb sent thru the mail exploded in her lap.
A graduate of Oral Roberts University, Lisa dedicated her life to fulltime ministry in 1983 and began working with her father, the late John Osteen. Since then, she has traveled the world teaching God's Word and ministering the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Lisa and her husband Kevin reside in Houston and are the parents of three children.

A native of Costa Rica, Danilo Montero is Lakewood’s Associate Pastor for the Hispanic congregation. He is also a highly acclaimed singer and songwriter, and is recognized as a pioneer of the Christian music renewal of Latin America. Over his 25 year career, he has recorded 20 albums and won numerous awards including the 2008 Billboard award for Best Christian Album of the Year. Today, his music is an integral part of congregational worship in Hispanic churches throughout the world. He is the founder of the record label SIGUEME (FOLLOW ME).
In addition to his music career, Danilo is an award winning author as well. His book “El Abrazo del Padre” (The Father's Embrace) was nominated for the Gold Medallion Award.
In April 2007, Danilo and his wife Gloriana, moved to Houston to be part of the pastoral team at Iglesia Lakewood. In 2012 he assumed the responsibility as associate pastor.
Gloriana Montero is the associate co-pastor for Lakewood’s Hispanic Congregation. Originally from Colombia, she possesses a bachelor's degree in theology and has studied accounting as well. Beginning in 2000 she served as the CBN Project Coordinator for Latin America in Costa Rica where she coordinated CBN’s humanitarian aid efforts throughout the region, and established CBN counseling centers in Peru and Brazil.
In 2006, Gloriana married Danilo Montero and, a year later, moved to Houston to be part of the pastoral team of the Lakewood Hispanic congregation. In July 2012, she and Danilo assumed their current role as associate co-pastors of Lakewood Church under Joel and Victoria Osteen.
She and Danilo have one daughter, Victoria.
Dynamic Bible teacher, comedian, musician, singer and actor, John Gray is a talented man of God and in 2013 joined Lakewood Church’s teaching staff as an associate pastor.
A highly sought after speaker, John has traveled the world sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom in his unique and uncompromising way. From South Africa to Australia and many places in between, God has taken John around the world to speak to youth, young adults, entire churches, conferences and camps.
John traveled for many years with Kirk Franklin and other award winning artists. He has directed, produced and co-produced several award winning films and released two musical albums. John continues to defy description as he seamlessly integrates worship, laughter, preaching, exhortation and encouragement into one package.
Cindy Cruse Ratcliff
Cindy is the Sr. Worship leader for Lakewood Church. An internationally known Dove Award winning recording artist and songwriter, Cindy has released 3 CD’s on her own label RPMrecords distributed by EMI. She travels the world touring her music and speaking as well as hosting her highly respected leadership seminars designed to train leaders in excellence.
She is noted for building the current music team at Lakewood and for developing the “Lakewood sound”. She is also a featured vocalist for the Night of Hope events. She and her husband of 13 years, Marcus, have 3 beautiful children Windsor, Merrick and Emory and reside in Houston, Tx.
Da'dra Crawford Greathouse
A multi-faceted singer, songwriter, musician and speaker, Da’dra Crawford Greathouse is a senior worship leader at Lakewood Church and shares the responsibility of overseeing the development and preparation of Lakewood’s worship teams.
She is the co-founder of Anointed, a music ministry known around the world for pioneering a sound that crosses cultural and musical boundaries and one which has garnered multiple Dove and Stellar awards.
Da’dra is married to Mark Greathouse and they have two sons, Evan and Eran who are actively involved in the ministry of Lakewood, as well.
Steve Crawford is a senior worship leader and shares responsibility for overseeing the worship team at Lakewood Church with his sister, D’adra Crawford Greathouse .
Steve has been singing and performing since the age of 4. In high school, he co-founded the group Anointed, with whom he continues to travel the world and share the stage with many thriving Christian artists of our time. An accomplished songwriter, his album “The Call” is one of the best selling Christian albums in the 1990s. After many successful decades in the recording industry and after many Stellar and Dove awards as well as being a candidate for several Grammy nominations, Steve felt the call to come to Lakewood Church. Steve continues to record, write, minister, and produce. He is currently working on his first solo album. He is a devoted husband and father of three and believes that family is a top priority to him.
An internationally recognized Grammy award winning worship leader, recording artist, songwriter, and producer, Israel Houghton is a long-time senior worship leader at Lakewood Church. Israel has won five Grammy-Awards, 13 Dove Awards, two Stellar Awards and a Soul Train Music Award.
He has been in full time worship ministry since 1989 and, along with his wife, Meleasa, founded New Breed Ministries in 1995 – a ministry comprised of world-class musicians and singers who travel around the world with a message that crosses cultural, generational, and denominational boundaries.
His latest album, Jesus at the Center, debuted on multiple Billboard charts and was listed by Worship Leader Magazine as one of the Top 15 Worship albums of the decade.
